Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Effective September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to document in-home or community-based services. For additional details, please refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy.

Golden Choice Home Care uses the CareTap EVV app, which works on smartphones, tablets, and computers.
For Reviving Care EVV App Support contact CareTap Support at: 612-217-4838.

You can access the EVV system through the CaretTap website if you do not have a smartphone. CareTap
